Hands down the worst delivery service I've ever used. Careless. Was supposed to have a new washing machine installed and old one removed. The Good Guys not good at all came, refused to install the new one as they had to take the bathroom door off. Okay? Not rocket science. I installed the new washer myself. Had them return after multiple calls trying to book in a time and receiving no call back. They refused to take the old one because it leaked a bit of water from the bottom and it's a slip hazard, I offered to clean it up. Nup, left immediately... not his problem. Still waiting on a call back for a solution.  Guarantee I won't receive one.

I would like to thank the lovely John who served us. He was so passionate, knowledgeable, friendly and directed us to the perfect washing machine and dryer combination. I would highly recommend The Good Guys Moorabbin and their team but in particular John. Lauren & Matthew

We go here for every appliance we have ever bought, spent thousands over the last 4 years, today we wanted 2 iPads for the kids for Xmas and was offered  $6.00 discount on a $1300 dollar purchase, and the salesman had no product knowledge at all. In the end went to the Apple Store Southland and was taken care of , and spent less. Good bye Goodguys , not so good .

Poor customer service Asked 3 times for help didn’t get any help. The lady in the cashier she didn’t check the box and I realised the box is broken when I came back she said go and bring another one she didn’t ask one of the staff to bring it for me. NEVER COME BACK AGAIN

Bosch 8kg Front Loading Washing Machine. I was very hesitant about buying such an item sight unseen but my old machine had died so I had no choice. I went online to search prices for this machine. Good Guys came up with the best comparative online price. I ordered it for next day delivery. Within 1 hour of purchase I received a phone call confirming the order and delivery address. On the day, the delivery guys phoned to say that they were on their way. They were extremely professional, courteous and most helpful. They had the new machine connected and the old machine removed in no time. I love the machine and would highly recommend their services.

The service was so appalling. They refused to install the washing machine and then left the old on in my lounge room. They were meant to take it and didn’t. I’ve tried calling, they say they will call back and then don’t.  The worst customer service.

Very poor customer service. Female sales staffer claimed to know about product but didn't. We had to ask questions as she never conveyed anything directly or even bothered to find out. After reading other reviews I totally agree. I am retired but spent over forty years in customer service. Standards now are poor and management probably don't listen to their customers. I certainly wouldn't recommend this store.

I just had amazing service by Jason and Nathan in the warehouse regarding my oven. Very attentive and professional.  Thanks for looking after us

My wife went in today to buy a a front loader and was greeted by young gentleman John Roussis an incredible sales man who was passionate about his job and products. I have to say, my wife has been to other places where they just treated like she wasn't there.  I spoke with John over the phone as  I usually do the haggling and certainly  great guy to chat to, extremely knowledgeable and helpful and his customer service was 5 star, I'll definitely be coming back to John  for all my future appliance needs.  A great  asset to your company ,

Do not recommend purchasing furniture here. Paid premium delivery and they damaged the floor. We literally moved into the new place 2 days beforehand and our condition report was done the day prior. After calling and emailing photos as requested only to continue to follow up and be told it's been forwarded onto the driver and he will contact you. This has now been 3 days with no call. I have paid for delivery through the good guys in Moorabbin and they tell me the driver is to cover it. I didn't pay the driver, I paid them. I've issued them a notice for 7 days to rectify otherwise i will be taking it to consumer affairs. Unless you want your house damaged or avoid this place at all costs, no responsibility, lack of care and customer service is bored. Zero stars if i could.
