The normal spotlight experience.. it’s only good if you know what you’re after. I asked for help and was told go find someone. Came back with no luck and then he came with me and said see if you can find someone. Staff don’t know anything outside of their department and more importantly, there’s significant lack of staff.

A good big huge place to shop variety of Fabrics and tailoring tools, machines and accessories. It also has variety of household products. The craft section and party items are quite elaborate with plenty of options. The prices here are little on the higher side but you can save time as you can find everything under one roof.

worst experience! came to measure and quote at the start of October we confirmed and payed on the 3rd. of November and when we asked over a week later on the progress they said that they had to do another measure even though they already done one and didn't even bother to tell us and make an appointment for it when we confirmed. On the 16th they did the 2nd measure and now we have to wait until the 4th of January to get 2 curtains?! Mind you we got promised it would be quick and they would do their best and it would be 3 to 4 weeks max. since these are block out curtains for our bedroom we are waking up ever morning at 6am. and I'm working usually late and arrive home by 22:30. If we would have known that beforehand we would have never agreed to it. Not to mention the awful customer service who doesn't care at all. STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
