Great range and well presented Skate-shop. Although I would recommend buying from their website, checked prices online before I went in, ended up paying $80 more for the same items in storeI needed them that day and was told by the cashier that "online is different to instore"... Which was never the case when this place was at the old location with the warehouse out the back. Pretty disappointed honestly. Wont get my business instore again.
Ordered an email only gift card. It glitched at their end and was forgotten about. Messaged via Facebook. Emailed. Left a phone message. Literally they received none of them apparently. When I called to enquire, was told they were now under the pump due to a sale started after my purchase, and were no longer even answering their phones. What a mess! You don't give excuses, you fix. You don't palm em off and expect the client to call around. You do it! The phone number on your site directs to the shop. If I needed to talk to a completely separate warehouse, give me THAT number on the site. This is not rocket science.
I live in QLD. Skate Dad. My mate Moon Dog recommended OCD. Ordered online deck and hardware for my boys Chrissy. Price was good. Delivery fast. Packaging good.
Great store with an awesome range of gear at competitive prices...staff could be a little more customer focused though, have found over multiple in-store visits staff are very disengaged. Moving forward I opt for shopping with OCD online for fast, efficient service with orders well packaged and delivered pretty quickly.

amazing products amazing people. i absolutely love that they have an option for "poly bag" if u want a plastic bag perfectly shaped for a board so you can protect it while it hangs or whatever these guys have that. its the extra attention to details like this that keep me coming back
I ordered a pair of SB Blazers from here and they arrived really quickly and well packaged. The only issue I had was that there was a dirty mark on one of the sneakers. This is probably more to do with Nike quality control than OCD, which is why I still gave 5 stars. Excellent service from OCD. I would shop here again without hesitation.
Got two skateboards today and the customer service was amazing! The guys took time to set me up with great parts for the deck I liked and my partner decided to get one too : Also bought some shoes and a T-shirt, they have a really good range of skates stuff and the guys were really nice! I would highly recommend this store! :
Went to purchase some safety gear, was assisted promptly and the staff was very helpful. The staff are happy and helpful.
