Good company.  Their sales approach was softly softly. They provided good reasoning to change from gas to electric. Charged nothing until the job was done. Sent two very friendly and efficient installers.  Recommended.

Terrible service. Poor reply to queries about product. Does not return customer calls. Only interested in commercial customers who they can fleece. Wish I read these reviews before wasting my time with Ecolight. I also learnt the price from a competitor for the same floodlight was $60 and they were trying to sell it for $160 + $40 postage. Yep!

Its a good company with lots of enthusiastic people, a good electrician and plumber. These young blokes did the conversion so quick and efficiently .I recommend them.

If you like terrible after service, then you'll be more than happy to waste your money dealing with these jokers. Lights that have been installed less than a year ago have gone faulty and they're suppose to last for 5 years. Still waiting for their so called customer service team to contact me to replace these after 3 weeks of contacting them to fix this issue. They don't care about you after the they got their money off you for supplying such poor products. Very angry, would definately NOT  recommend.

I was so happy with my free upgrade to LEDs it certainly made a difference to our business running costs were a lot lower saving on our energy bills and definitely glad to get rid of the old fluoros so much better. Highly recommend their high quality products.

Awesome job of lighting up our office!! it makes staring at my screen that much easier because it's so bright. It also makes the atmosphere cheery : Can't believe it was free under the scheme! i will be recommending to all of my customers too.

What a waste of time.  I sent a query on 29 July about buying LED globes to replace the Ecolight ones at our home that had failed. No answer.  So I called and was told I could buy online at their ebay store or go down to their warehouse to buy them but the staff answering the phone could not give me a price. Checked ebay but their store didn't seem to carry the globes.  After one whole week without an answer to my email I drove to their warehouse today to try and buy them.  When I got there boy was I in for a surprise.  All I was told was 'we don't sell these globes anymore.' That was it. No 'sorry you came all this way'.  4 hours after I got home I received an email.  All it said was "Unfortunately we don't stock the 8W GU10 Globes anymore as they have been discontinued".  So I now live in a house full of Ecolight globes which have started to fail progressively.  If you were thinking of buying anything from Ecolight just remember that if the item you purchase fails you may not be able to get a replacement from them. One star? No NO stars if I had my way.

Do not use this company. Terrible service booked us in for a LED upgrade and installer didn’t have correct globes. Cannot get reply phone calls to reschedule. Worst company to deal with. DONT USE

great product. ordered many, had trouble with one, but they swapped it right over without any issues. used a couple of their floody's camping, lit the place right up!!
