In autumn 2022, we needed a new battery. The young man was very helpful, he came out to our car in the carpark, figured out which was the correct battery for our car, and then replaced our old battery with it. Thank you.
Incredible service from Dmitriy. We had an 'incident' with a windscreen wiper. Dmitriy went above & beyond to source & rectify a replacement part. Service like this is hard to find these days in most businesses. Ten gold stars

Worst customer service ! Were given the wrong battery and when we called to say we are on our way back and we are 4 minutes away the guy said if we do not come within 2 minutes they won't be waiting. 2 minutes !!! What a waste. Do not go to that store. The team of this store do not know what Customer Service is. Maybe someone should teach them... Will complain to the management as well.

Best autobarn I have been too. I'm from the west and this was the only Autobarn to stock the POD and roof racks for my car. The guys also did the install, service was A+. Great and friend bunch of guys. Keep up the great work. Thanks
Don't appear to have any problems with stock, unless you have specific requirement, they'll get it in. Good knowledge
I got my low beam globes replaced and it was a bit of a task to put in the left hand side clip but Christian and his friend never gave up and somehow fixed it for me. They were very friendly and I was very happy with the service given. Thank you very much guys.
No one offered any help at all, worked out ourselves they didn't have the simple, common bulb we needed.
