Excellent work - thank you. The ladies in the office were friendly and helpful. The car looks brand new and beautifully cleaned including extra work like cleaning my headlight covers. Very courteous and even drove me to pick up the hire car. Thank you to all.

In a short sentence, this was he worst experience I've ever had with an auto repair shop.

From the start "Al" who I'm assuming is the owner walked off on myself mid conversation to answer a call, he took 15 minutes and all I could hear from it was swearing, as normal as it is, it's not something you do in front of a customer because it's not very professional.

After he was finished on the phone he finally came back and gave me the price and timeline to have 4 door handles, a spoiler, and washer caps painted. Timeline was the following day. 

Called back the following day, they said it won't be ready till Monday.

Call back Monday, won't be ready till Tuesday.

Call in on Tuesday, they said that it was ready, and that it would be cash, no card. I drive 30 minutes one way, the receptionist firstly tried to rush me paying before I could inspect the parts, but I told her I'm not paying until I've seen the job. I inspect the parts, there was bubbles all around the edges, spots all over, scratches that weren't there before, bottom line it was an extremely bad paint job, spoke to the guy who did it and he said that he'll fix it up and come back in the afternoon.

I call back in the afternoon and they said it won't be ready until Wednesday now because somehow silicone got into the paint.. I just hang up.

Call in on Wednesday, it's ready again, go in, the receptionist didn't greet me, instead sat there drinking coffee and watching TV, I said hello, she ignored me for a solid 10-15 seconds then said they're down there while pointing to the floor.

I spend 5 minutes inspecting, there's still slight bubbles on all the pieces and the car emblem was wrecked. Told her I wasn't happy with this either and she said that's the best we could do. 

Paid her and left, will be making a complaint to the right people to have this place reviewed. 

DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING!

Service was fantastic. Being a tradie they organised a loan van, bought roof racks so I could tie ladders on. Picking the car up it was immaculately detailed. Fantastic! 👍

My reveiw would be zero if it was possible. They had my car for 2 weeks sitting there doing nothing whilst i could have been using it for work. My car is essential for work. The repairs were ok but the same any repairer would do. My car also has a interlock which they managed to use all 5 spare mouth peices moving the car from the rear to the front. Im waiting for the report from the interlock to make sure they didnt mess with it. I will take any future vehicles anywhere but here. The worst experience ever. I highly reccommend taking your car elsewhere.
