Friendly guy, great service, unfortunately exceptionally poor performance.

Luckily I was observing as his mechanic replaced the engine oil on my BM X5 with the transmission fluid for the gearbox flush.

That error would have not only cost an engine rebuild, but probably expensive legal costs from us as well.
It was a cost to his business in fluids, but my engine had a great flush! 
Why now does it burn lots of oil?

I don’t know if it was the owner or his offsider who removed the diff fill bolt on one of my commercial vehicles during a service, but it cost me $700 to replace the diff (definitely not by Specialist Auto Care).

We discovered that the bolt had gone missing when the van couldn’t proceed past a major intersection!
Definately no sleep that night, but thank you to the police that kept us safe while waiting for a tow at 2am!

IMHO
Not recommended, avoid. 
Will never use this business again.
