I'm so impressed with the service I received from Aaron and the team at Betta Home Living - Moorabbin. I purchased an electric blanket from them last year while living in Melbourne. This year, after moving back to Newcastle, one side of the blanket stopped working. Realising it was still under warranty, I contacted Sunbeam several times and they were less than helpful. I tried to contact my local Betta store at the suggestion of Sunbeam, they also couldn't help. After more calls with Sunbeam, I almost gave up. I ended up calling Aaron at Betta Moorabbin and he said he would try to help. Only 1-2 days later, he had Sunbeam send me a new blanket. I'm so grateful for the help and really going above and beyond! Thank you Aaron and the team. I really appreciate it. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Just received an email from Andrew to inform me about the stock availability and resolution relating to a Hisense 4K Tv which was on special for Black Friday that I just ordered last night. Normally most retailers will keep me waiting for a while than such a prompt feedback to keep customers posted. BHL Moorabbin is one of a kind, will keep shopping with those guys and please, whoever reads this review, trust me, a store like this worths your money!
The most important thing for me is clear Betta is putting a lot of effort in to satisfying customers. Although one can say that there are a little disorganized in their processes that may cause some pushbacks, the intent is there and is all that matter to me. With this mentally the business will get it right eventually

Wonderful service in store with assistance in recommending stock, facilitating change of door swing. Fridge was delivered on the day advised and delivery men kept me informed of estimated time throughout the day and were careful with removal and set up of new fridge. Greeting on arrival and clear concise facts about the w/machine I was purchasing. Delivery and installation on time. Compared to the big players which we had checked Customer Service at this Store by Andrew was tops and was the prime mover to purchase at this store as prices at most other places were similar.
Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Dawn and Andrew at the Moorabbin store... Bought a washing machine online last Sunday and received an email Monday saying product was Out of Stock... Called the store and Andrew supplied me with a better washing machine that very day. Excellent service. Will definitely be buying my future electrical goods from here. The new Whirlpool is a ripper too. Thanks again.
I had very bad experience with LG top loader washer, very rough on clothes, clothes coming very dusty, linty, fury.Took my problem to LG, they suggested to use the wash bags. The washer should not need a washing bags to wash.
