I just want to say I LOVE my new dining table set!! Had family friends over for dinner and they kept talking about how nicely it complimented the rest of the room. The staff were awesome to deal with when trying to choose what I wanted I felt they really made an effort to understand what I wanted! Hmmmm, buyer beware. Products look good however the quality is not there. The laminate has started lifting on a product I purchased within a week of buying it. Customer service is not great and they do little to address the problem. 

Delivery is in an open top truck with only a driver, so for your sake I do hope you are strong as you are expected to lift your purchase into your  house and I do hope it does not rain as your purchase may be swimming in the back of the truck on its way to you. 

You may find what you want here, save a dollar or two initially however I fear as a customer it will cost me more in the long run.

The response by the owners of this store is rubbish. There was no budget set rather I was looking for a dinning set that was available and in stock. The product that was advertised via their online marketing had a wait period of several weeks. The only Scandi product that was available on the day was floor stock. 

With respect to delivery the overall purchase was negotiated and delivery was provided free with my $3000 order. There was no discussion about options for extra person or a box truck delivery. Who delivers furniture on the back of an open flat bed truck on a rainy day!

With respect to the product the glue has lifted on the seam making the issue a manufacturing issue. As I was so busy drying the table I did not have the time to inspect the laminate seam and it did not become obvious till I sat down and ate food and noticed the problem.

I have now down graded my review to 1 star, as evident customer service after purchase is lacking.
