Very very happy with the wishbone chairs I purchased from relax house. They are perfect! I'm also so impressed with their customer service. I was updated with the status of my order and a suitable delivery date and time was arranged. Delivery was right on time and just within 3 days of clicking online! I've waited longer for a t-shirt... Product quality, price and customer service is on point plus shipping cost is so reasonable. Don't think twice about about buying from here.

Staff are rude and required a lot of work to get assistance. Enquired about a table, which they said they would need to ask the furniture maker to answer, had to call them back a few days later for the response, of which they only answered half the questions we asked. For the prices of their tables and chairs you would expect better service. We ended up buying a table elsewhere due to this.

Great service. I love my furniture (Kitchen Stools) and it was sturdy and looks awesome. Customer service was simply excellent - assisted in the payment process and confirmed delivery details. Item was very well packaged and arrived on time.Customer service is amazing as they do follow ups on their product and customer satisfaction. My Relax House furniture has certainly enhanced the design of our home. I love it!
