I recently ordered a Jari wobbly stool for my little one from Melbourne Office Supplies, and I’m really happy with my experience! I placed the order on Friday evening, and it arrived very quickly. I also appreciated the lovely thank-you email from Mark and the thoughtful touch of a little vegan jelly pack included for my child. Such a nice surprise! Overall, great service and a smooth experience — definitely a 5 out of 5 from me!

I had a similar experience to a user below me. I placed an order for a specific product. I ordered this product through this company only a few weeks prior. Except this time they sent the incorrect product. Right invoice - wrong product. After almost a dozen emails back and forth to a person who had no idea what I was talking about, I finally received a call. Apparently someone decided the price I paid was too cheap. So they sent an inferior product in its place. No explanation. I had orders waiting for this product and had to place an urgent order elsewhere out of desperation. Whilst I did get my money back eventually I had to lug the product back to the post office with a newborn AND chase them up for the refund. Ironically the price of this product still has not changed on their website. But it's all good, I spent $1000 elsewhere and they shipped out super quick. Will not be purchasing from these guys again.

This is the second time purchase from your company this year with few days in between. We always receive updates on pricing, availability and update very quickly.

We have been using Melbourne Office Supplies for quite some time, very easy to navigate website a one stop shop plus quick delivery.
