Superb service and exceptional support. Franc Furian and DDS group have been, and continue to provide fantastic service to us and our medical practice. We enlisted the services of Franc early in 2021 when plans to fit out our custom built medical specialists clinics was being implemented. He was patient and full of support in enabling our team of doctors and owners to select printers for every area in relation to its use and dependency. He provided our team with details such as reliability, costs of use and efficiency in printing. He enabled the clinic principals to understand that there more things to getting a printer than just costs. Once the selection process was done, Franc assisted in ensuring all the printers were delivered, connected and accessible from any part of the practice. He organised the delivery and installation to coincide with our plans and despite Covid restrictions, he met all the required timelines. He liaised with the electricians and connectivity technicians and actually solved a lot of our problems. Now almost a year in, Franc continues to keep in touch and takes steps to ensure all our printing, copying, faxing and scanning needs are functioning efficiently and never break down. His services are much appreciated and for anyone running or managing a medical practice he is the man to see if you never want your printers to fail. Even the office staff and technicians are very pleasant to deal with and efficient in what they do. Must be an awesome team at DDS Group! I highly recommend Franc and the DDS group and will continue to use their services in the future. Well done team and keep up the good work.

As good luck would have it I stumbled across digital document solutions on my way to a meeting. It wasn't long before I purchased a new photo copier from Chris. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Chris and the team and I would highly recommend DDS to any small to large business looking to purchase new equipment. If you are looking for a pleasent purchasing and on site installation experience I can highly recommend DDS. DDS are my new go to guy's from now on.
The printers that have been installed are absolutely fantastic and really value for money. The quality of the colour prints on the new Canon installed is superb. The technician was super helpful in getting our staff all up and running. A pleasure to deal with this company.

Thank you DDS for making the printer update process seamless and hassle free. Both engineers who visited made a quick transition from old to new and removed the clutter from the old printers. Your support to resolve the security printing afterwards was great. Our staff is happy with the new product and it's capabilities.
We recently upgraded our printer through DDS. The whole process has been really simple and when we had issues with our internet and a technician was out the next day to provide support in person. The customer service has been great so far!
