Safe trampolines and kids could try before we bought

Great product, but unfortunately one of the more average customer experiences I can recall. Purchased online, then spoke with 6 staff members to "confirm the order". Was told I'd be contacted in 2-3 after purchase to organise delivery, 1 week on, still no call or calls returned. It's a busy time of year, but seems like they really need to increase their resources.

Rods bought before 2017 have halve the warranty, dose this mean there is a manufactures fault with the rods before 2017?
Also if you purchase a second hand trampoline even if its only a month old no warranty!
