Beyond stunned the security guard at this store. Was he moved from Kingston Link outlet as the reviews state being harassed by a security guard. Is it the same guy. I dont want a bag or basket, why would i want to steal in the first place?
Always a bit busy. But prices are really good. Customer service is taken care of dutifully.
Typically a good experience. However yesterday I bought a lemsip tablet pack which was expired by over 5 months. The staff were super friendly and quick to provide a refund, but they refunded the wrong product.
Props to the manager or whoever trained their staff with such nice manners, I was called "sir" multiples times, from the isles to the checkout and help was initiated by their floor staff who offered to check another store to see if they can get a special kids detergent for me. Simple "enjoy the rest of your afternoon" with a smile, its a small, effortless gesture that not all high volume retailers can maintain but creates a very satisfying customer experience just getting some household basics!
2 weeks ago I purchased a L’Oreal Magic Retouch Spray from this store. When I got home I realised I had picked up black not brown and needed to return it. I went back the same evening just before 6 but the store was closing and I was told I would need to come back. Today is the first chance I have had to return. Did not realise I had to prioritise the return of an unopened, never used spray that has no expiration. I thought it would simply and easily be exchanged for the correct colour, boy was I wrong. The lady serving me was lovely, very friendly and helpful the Manager not at all. He was rude and arrogant and refused to exchange the bottle because it was outside the exchange period of 7 days. I had other items I was going to purchase but after his attitude and refusal to exchange I left the items without finalising the purchase. I will not return to this store. I attended this store regularly but no more, all because the Manager would not exchange a simple error of colour. Very disappointing and so unnecessary!
I recently dropped a script off with Aiden. What I thought was going to be a regular chemist experience turned into a great professional experience from healthcare provider. I had a few questions prior to paying which he couldn’t answer. Aiden called the rep, my GP and me after all questions could be answered. If I was at any other chemist I wouldn’t have got this service. Again, thanks for your assistance
Complained about customers and a number of staff NOT wearing masks. Told that staff had medical exemptions. So how does that explain why staff wore masks only some of the time?! If you want to be Covid safe, do NOT go to this store. I live within walking distance and will NEVER be going back. Be Covid safe. Do not go to Chemist Warehouse.
I just received the BEST service I've ever had at a chemist at The Links, the staff behind the prescriptions counter and the sales counter were busy but so helpful and insightful. Awesome job to the team working at 7:45 1st April 2021. Truly outstanding. Thank you.
A little over an hour ago, a young man working at this store devoted a fair amount of time to helping me find a spray a relative of mine really needed. It wasn't in stock, but he helped me find a branch that had the product and asked them to hold onto a copy for me. If he didn't go out of his way to ask me if I needed help, I'd probably have gone home empty handed. My relative and I are very grateful to him.
I purchased a bottle of moisturiser online which I wanted to exchange and pay extra! for a larger one in store. The moisturiser arrived home with sticky tape to prevent cream from being pumped out it's a pump bottle. When I went to exchange it the lady at the counter was quick to dismiss me and not allow it because it was taped, accusing me that I had used it, then taped it and tried to return it. She said they couldn't accept it because the bottle isn't sold with tape well obviously, so just peel it off!? It's common sense that it would arrive in the mail taped to prevent leakage yet she refused to because she thought I was lieing. In the end I was able to exchange it after speaking to manager but the lady at the counter was quite rude about it and really left a bad taste in my mouth.
