Had a disappointing experience with a staff member last name with H, during my Click and Collect visit. Despite providing my ID, which clearly matched the name on my order, he insisted otherwise in a dismissive and unpleasant manner. His attitude came across as unprofessional and made the interaction unnecessarily frustrating. I hope the team can address this to ensure better customer service in the future.
Terrible service on Grand Final day! The lady in charge pharmacy made mistake by adding my name into my parents safety net card and told me she can't dispense my medicine until a week after. After i talked to her assistance call Lily and asked them to double check, Lily was upset and came back changed an excuse as I am not their regular customer and can not help me to get my medicine early. Also told me today is public holiday have to be nice to her??! IT'S NOTHING TO DO WITH PUBLIC HOLIDAY IF THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO WORK!! If they don't know how to service new customer how can they get regular customer??nnThe young woman pharmacist I will never come back to see you face that never smiles!
Pharmacist refused to help sign one page. They said they were too busy even thou it was 8pm and there were no customers. It would have taken 2 mins, instead we had to travel to another pharmacist.
Not only do they have cheapest prices they have a service for you to hand over used foil casing from your medications for disposal The Links have theirs at the pharmacist areanThe staff are so helpful and willing to help.Excellent service by all.
Pathetic return policy and misleading statements from service staff.nnWhen my daughter got two gummies, one of them was incorrect, sent her back to check if she can exchange them, the staff were fine and asked them to get the gummies with receipt. On return, they refused to refund although they were OK earlier.nnI believe the gummies are not allowed to exchanged but definitely the staff should not have misled my child who spent lot of time going around
