Bowens is a shop for builder,  they sell tools and materials. The place is divided in two parts: the shop itself, and a big open warehouse where they store wood axes

You have to know that timber people are always rude - it goes with the job - you get respect by being rude back (rude is normal for them, so to them its not rude)

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Delivered my timber on time as promised. Overall a pleasant experience.
