Absolutely shocking customer experience, the younger bloke with brown hair is so disgustingly disrespectful and useless it’s not even funny.nnI’m extremely carefully leaving reviews and generally unless it’s outstanding good or unfortunately in case bad.nnThis is my local Repco and it’s safe to say I’ll drive the extra ks just to avoid it. On the other hand box bill Repco was outstanding!nnThe best part is that my friend has had a similar experience with the same person and I’ve urged him to write a review. I can’t imagine how many other people have had a bad experience and go to avoid it.nnThanks for nothing.

I went in at 2pm asked for some touch up paint gave the paint code and paid, I was told they don’t have enough time to do it today even though no one was in the shop and they close at 5:30pm.nnHe said come back tomorrow and pick it up,nI arrived  3pm the next day and it still was not done and I was told they need another day !! These guys are lazy and have shocking customer service I got a refund went to super cheap auto in Springvale 4pm that day they made it in 10minutes and had amazing customer service ill never spend another dollar at bentleigh east Repco.

Jack - what a star!! Rang about warning lights on my VW.. Road Assist told me it needed to be towed! Jack told me to come to Repco, he would look..it needed coolant!! Credit where it's due, Jack and Repco offered brilliant, courteous service. If there were ten stars I would mark them ten. Thankyou

Gave me the wrong car part and not reclaiming it even on receipt, very bad customer policy and handling! Better go to super cheap, much better service than these looters.

I phoned your East Bentley store on Friday afternoon 29 March and was put on hold for the next service officer. As I was repeatedly told that my call was important to you I hung on for 10 minutes then hung up as I assumed all your staff were too busy On Good Friday!. The hold procedure indicated that your store was open for business and I assume I could have stayed on hold for another 17 1/2 hours until 8am tomorrow! Not good enough! How about a message for callers that business is closed, etc, etc, nHappy Easter!
