Booked in for repair waited for over a month, "assessed" for 30 seconds and told were booked out until another 5 weeks and to come back. The damaged car is not safe to drive, reckless dangerous lazy incompetent and unprofessional. Shouldn't be in business.

My insurance provider sent me tot them. They considered a minor tail light damage as a total loss. The customer service is so bad. The reception is rude. She should just quit and do nothing which is what she's doing there as well. One star because zero isn't possible. That receptionist has zero people skills tried to say I was the one arguing and when I said don't speak to me like that she said she'll hang up. What a waste of space her existence is. Feel sad for her.

I TOOK MY CAR FOR AN ACCIDENT REPAIRS THROUGH AAMI AND ONE OF THE PARTS IN THE HEAD LIGHT WAS MISSING AND THEY TOLD ME ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO THAT THE PART WILL ARRIVE WITHIN 2 MONTHS AND THEY WILL LET ME KNOW. NOW IT IS OVER 4 MONTHS AND THEY HAVEN'T CALLED ME. WHEN I CALLED THEM, THEY SAID THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT ARRIVED. WHEN THEY GAVE ME THE CAR, THEY HAVE TOUCH THE CAR INSIDE WITH THE GREASE ALL OVER THE PLACES. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM.

Echoing other reviews, the customer service was so poor I didn’t get beyond the initial conversation. There are plenty of other options in the area that the insurance company put me in touch with.

Had the pleasure to have my car fixed with these guys and have Kosta managing the job. Everyone was very communicable, friendly, professional and constantly kept me up to date with the whole process. I was very happy with the result as I had requested it for a very tight time frame. There was a lot of work required to be done for the car.  I was over the moon when I got to pick the car up just in time for Easter!!  Also CV inspections and Import monster involved to get the car up and running. Everyone communicated well with each other. Very highly recommended!

Had my Mazda 3 repaired here through AAMI insurance. Happy with the customer service and they provide a courtesy taxi when you drop off your vehicle and when you come to collect. Repair job also comes with lifetime guarantee. Pleasantly surprised with the repair job, looks as good as it did before the accident.
