Buying a new car from Astoria Honda has been a great experience from start to finish. Troy was great to negotiate with and understood exactly what we needed. Lara was exceptional with managing the purchase. Steven was very thorough in the hand over of our new car. I now understand why Astoria Honda has such a great reputation and won so many awards. I have bought 2 cars from there and I will do it again in the future. I strongly recommend Astoria Honda to anyone looking to buy a new car.

Josh was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Very happy with our purchase . Best price and very importantly, best after sales service. No pressure, just wanting to ensure we were completely satisfied with our purchase and we are. No need to go to any other Honda dealer, you'll get the best price and best service right here. Wished I bought my other Honda here, but will be servicing both of our cars at Astoria.

I can’t begin to explain the amazing service that myself and wife received from Andy and Steven. This is our first new car purchase, and they made the process very easy and comfortable. Andy was amazing, easy to communicate and always had the time to respond. Steven was fantastic when it came to picking up the vehicle. He explained all the features of the vehicle thoroughly. I highly recommend Andy and Steven at Astoria Honda for your new purchase! Thank you guys

Highly recommend. I called Honda Astoria to request a test drive, I was greeted by a gentleman called Troy who was eager to help and managed to book me on the same day. He was professional, had exceptional customer service and definitely knew about the vehicle which is always a positive. Troy also managed to beat other dealerships in terms of drive away price. As a result I bought the Honda Civic a day later without hesitation, as Honda Astoria offered me a great deal. A lady called Lana was also able to offer me an exceptional finance deal, better than my own bank. Overall Highly Recommend. Thank you again Troy and Lana, and Honda Astoria.

Very upset... Been serviced month before, I was told the engine mound was cracked and brake has only 5% left. I got quoted $710 for the brake replacement and $483 for the engine mount replaced. These are too much for my 07 Honda Civic, and I said I will think about it and get back to you. The next day, my car started huge noise and vibrates. Before the service, it was alright, just noise from Air Conditioner I guess but no vibrating at all. I received a call week after for service feedback servery. I honestly told them the story and the lady on the phone said she will let service department call me and she hang up, but since then no one contacted me until yesterday I called them as I cannot stand the shaking car any more. I was shocked when the lady who served me said it was because the brake gone caused the vibrating... I explained to her that it is the engine mount cannot hold the engine properly and then the car starts vibrating and shaking... She kept saying it is brake issue... I am not saying it was your fault, but what she wants to say is that get your brake replaced here and see what is going on... So shifty... Will never go back to them any more!
