Black Pepper

Used to shop there prior to covid & was walking out with fantastic clothes. Customer service was also great. Walked in yesterday & it was a shocker. The two women at the service desk completely ignored my entrance, & spent *the entire HOUR* that I was there loudly gossiping about a 3rd staff member. There were other customers in the store but those two women acted like they were alone. They gossiped so loudly that could hear them in the change room, I could hear them in the farthest corners of the store. They didn't care about customers being around- in fact, not once did they even acknowledge that there were customers in the store!! Disgusting, unprofessional behaviour. In terms of the clothes, I might as well head to Kmart or Target! I'll get get same quality of clothes possibly even better!! for 1/3 of the price.

A factory outlet shop. Well laid out, hundreds of clothing items to choose from at much reduced prices. Free to browse with no pressure, polite and efficient service at the checkout.

Used to shop at Black Pepper all the time. Will never go back. Not sure who this clothing is aimed at but not me. Only big and small sizing.

Good. Unfortunately I could not find what I wanted & most items were small sizes. But prices are great

Decent store, a little awkwardly laid out though. Mostly women's clothing, very little for men. Has a discount section at the front with rejected items bad stitching, missing buttons, stains, so good for if you can mend, or don't mind a defect.

Huge outlet with plenty to choose from at discounted prices. Staff are super helpful and you're sure to find something to suit you right up to size 26!
