We ordered flowers to be delivered and it never arrived to its destination. Customer service is very poor when handling any matters whatsoever. Do not recommend.

Are you serious? $10 for one red rose??! Bloody rip off! Not even with greens around it! Go somewhere else instead!

Fantastic service. I was sending flowers to a relative in the Bentleigh East area but I am in the UK and I managed to give the wrong address and phone number.  The lovely lady at Flowers of East Bentleigh tried to deliver 3 times before it was resolved and she remade the bouquet even though it was not her fault. Flowers were lovely too.
