Story

Australia's favourite toy train and LEGO store with a massive range of Thomas the Tank Engine, LEGO and BRIO Railway. A small family business that delivers a great range of the best toys with quality customer service. We also have a coffee spot in-store with a small playarea where the kids can have a great time trying out a variety of toys while older kids (aka adults) relax with a barista-made coffee and snacks. Please note however that we do not offer hot food or meals.

We had fun in the cafe with full toys. It's a toys shop where you not only find toys but also books and kids stuff. It offers a lot of choices which is point plus but I found that the price is not as cheap as I thought compare to other toy stores. Another worth to note is the park limits is only an hour. So we left hurriedly.

I needed to return the Thomas & Friends train set I bought here because I got a Brio set for my son. The staff were very understanding and helpful. I was able to return it without any trouble. In return, I bought more Brio parts. We are very happy about the toys we bought from Toot Toot. My Son loves them. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. Toot Toot has a big range of different brands' train sets. Definitely will come back to get more trains and parts when my son is old enough.

I visited this morning and my son picked out a lego. When the toy was scanned I questioned the price and went back to the shelf where I saw a price $9 cheaper. The staff said I could return the item (now in my child’s hand) as they would not honour the price indicated on the shelf. Such a shame, we used to go in here all the time. Unfortunately I will never return again. Bad business.

Went in on a Sunday to purchase a spare part for a Brio train piece that my kids had lost and to check if one of their battery operated trains was actually still working.  I was contacted within 24 hours that they had found one of their own spare parts (which they gave me without charge) and also replaced the train which seemed to be faulty, no questions asked!!! In all my years of buying toys, clothes, products for my children and myself....I've never seen such EXCEPTIONAL service and would like to thank 'Toot Toot' for providing me with such. I could not recommend this store and staff more highly enough!!! Thank you
