I’ve been going to BENTLEIGH shop for many years, the staff are just fantastic. They tell you the truth if something doesn’t suit which is unusual, then show you the right outfit for your occasion. I always leave satisfied.

Now I don't usually embrace my Steroids induced weight gain . But as a woman who has been largely breasted since puberty. I wanted a breast reduction @ 14. But no. When I was lighter I didn't realise you had to wear less than flattering underwear. Not so with Taking Shape. I am now even enjoying wearing a wireless bra, which was not an option before. So comfy. They have a variety of a mini Woman's Dept. Store Staff are so helpful and friendly. We got them to make sure it was fitting right. It was perfect and I bought another bamboo wirefree bra! Unfortunately I went a bit crazy buying alot of mixture in Brad online. Such a reduction in price. I attach

I can’t recommend this store highly enough! I popped in the other day wanting to treat myself to a few new pieces, I was served by Bridget and as I had some time to kill she put together a whole personal styling session for me. I just camped in the changing room and she brought me all these amazing clothes to try on. She absolutely nailed my style and was just a pleasure to be around...it was my first visit to the store and I’ve already been back since they had 30% off over Easter...I will now not go anywhere else for clothes...I will be a customer for life! Being plus size, it’s so nice to go to a store with so many options and friendly faces to give you a hand. The clothing is of a high quality, reasonably priced and all the girls I met in store both staff and customers were super friendly! Such a lovely experience! I highly recommend you do yourself a favour book in for a free no obligation personal styling session.

Lost my loyalty & business. Yesterday, I went into this store to cancel a layby. I had put $36.00 in cash, last week, but had changed my mind about the clothing. Their 'policy' is to cancel a layby, you have to PAY IT ALL OUT, then they can refund it. I have never come across this before. I had to pay them an additional $120.00 first, before they refunded the initial layby money. They have lost my respect & loyalty.!!
