Came to this Bunnings on Tue this week with my son to purchase a few garden supplies. Susan from the garden Centre was extremely helpful. She was patient, informative & friendly. Her customer service was exceptionally good. Hence my 5 stars.nIn my experience staff at most of Bunnings that I've been to were not approachable so this experience with Susan was a treat.

Nice place, great value although not as good as some other Bunnings’ I have been to.
BIG STORE! You'll need your running or comfy shoes as you will want to explore the 2 extremities. Trade one end, Nursery & outdoor the other end. I saw plenty of staff chatting as they were re-stocking , but there were also many spots of missing product on the shelves.nThis could be due to supply shortage, but I had to help myself to product on the top shelf where the boxes had not been broken down and put on display. It could be staff shortage, or even the end of year rush could be to blame. Whatever the cause, management had no fix in place...nMy exit was also unusual. I use the app and pay before I exit, but the person at the end seemed more interested in watching the carpark, and not attending to the paying or in my case - paid! customer.nI still like Bunnings. I will go back. I hope in the new year, I have a better experience.
Had a great chat with Nicola who provided excellent advice in repotting my ginkgo bonsai. She made sure to let me know about all the dangers and exact process, absolutely phenomenal service. Please if you need help with any plants go to Nicola!
