Bunnings South Oakleigh

BIG STORE! You'll need your running or comfy shoes as you will want to explore the 2 extremities. Trade one end, Nursery & outdoor the other end. I saw plenty of staff chatting as they were re-stocking , but there were also many spots of missing product on the shelves. This could be due to supply shortage, but I had to help myself to product on the top shelf where the boxes had not been broken down and put on display. It could be staff shortage, or even the end of year rush could be to blame. Whatever the cause, management had no fix in place... My exit was also unusual. I use the app and pay before I exit, but the person at the end seemed more interested in watching the carpark, and not attending to the paying or in my case - paid! customer. I still like Bunnings. I will go back. I hope in the new year, I have a better experience.

Good store to shop, consistent with the Bunnings brand. Bit if an older store but has had a facelift in some departments. Great kitchen displays.

BMG Benchtop was recommended by a friend to me. We hired them to do our kitchen and vanity Benchtops. I am so happy with their price and finishing result. Deedar & Eddie is so good to communicate and they finished the job before the deadline. I highly recommend them.

Easy to get around and very spacious to move things around the shop, and to be able to get bigger items into your car and staff are very helpful and efficient

Inconsistent security regarding holding a trade pass and not accommodating to elder people who are confused as to why they need physical cards - but I still love bunnings. Also I spent $600 and they still asked to check my bag on the way out, and the girl near the door asked me/like confirmed with me that *name* had checked my bag - like yes, she did, but if I was stealing something after spending $600, I wouldn’t be saying no pls check my bag so you can find my loot ??? Silly

Oakleigh Bunnings is a quite new store, only a few kilometres North of the Moorabbin Bunnings, both situated just off extremely busy Warrigal Road. As usual, plenty of parking available. All the usual stuff with the standard aisles and a central tool shop. Main thing different with this store compared to most Bunnings is that the Public Toilets are located at the FRONT of the store, not at the back centre. Everything I needed was in stock and I easily found a staff member who helped me with some of the items I was after.

Today I had incredible service from Kristine at bunnings Oakleigh South. She went out of her way to find me a humble little item that I wanted.. she searched the store until she found it for me. This was after being told at the door they didn't even stock it!!!

The worst bunnings in Australia. Rude & lazy staff make more effort to avoid customers at all costs. The one paint staffer who is available, is a complete nutjob, will tells you their life story, but still is not helpful. It's quite sad, because every other bunnings have wonderful staff, who are happy to assist. Avoid this place if you're looking for customer service & support. Bunnings HR FYI.

Not impressed with the customer service provided by Dez at this store. We were nothing but lovely and she was extremely arrogant and rude. Wanted it known we were inconveniencing her for a refund for incorrectly cut keys. Not happy with key cutting service or Dez.
