OK time to leave a review .for the last 12 I've been dealing with the shop. Every time I call up to ask a question the only seems to be one person who is knowledgeable. And the rest of their staff members don't have a clue. The prices are so much more expensive compared to everywhere else. Australia home brewing sorry to say you've lost my vote
Hamish and the team are extremely knowledgeable about home brewing. They have answered any question i have asked and continue to provide support after purchase / troubleshooting. Competitive Prices and reasonable shipping costs. Dead set any boss who will work on a Sunday following up orders with customers in his own time deserves a thanks from me. Give them a go if your interested in brewing. I have no regrets giving them my buisness and i live interstate.nnThanks Hamish and team, keep up the good work.
I've placed several orders with them for coffee syrups and each time their service has been fantastic, they keep you updated and ship items quickly. The last order I placed was going to be delayed but as I advised them I was travelling and needed my order before I left in a week & half they went above and beyond in my opinion to ensure I got the items well and truly in time. Highly recommend 11/10
Really impressed with the service from Hamish and AHB. They accidently left something out of my order, but they sorted it out straight away and had it sent the next day. Quick replies, no fuss. Great to deal with. On top of that, the beer recipes are unbeatable. Ive made my best brews thanks to these guys.
I received a starter kit and the instructions were incredibly confusing. I ended up having to ask on a home brew forum how to interpret the instructions and others, who have been brew in for years, were also confused by the instructions.nnAlso, the 25L fermenter that I received has a dysfunctional tap. When the tap is screwed in, it is completely upside down and there’s no other way to put the tap on the fermenter. So how in the world am I supposed to transfer the beer from the fermenter to bottles?nnI sent an inquiry to customer service twice and only received automated responses.nnI’ll have to end up replacing the new kit I just purchased.
