Took Bosch drill in as stopped working. Next day they phoned me to pick up. Cleaned and got it working again + no charge. Must have been a quick fix. Impressed with honesty and integrity. Will use again come future repairs

Great servicing and advice. Taken my 5-6 year old paslode which felt like it was getting towards the end of its time. Feels great again!!  Highly recommended

Thanks Tim and Victoria for all of the great service. I just dropped off my coil gun for a service today and I pass plenty of service places on the way. Vitaflex is the only place I will get the tools that count and the only place I will get them serviced. Always done right the first time and Tim makes a business of keeping us tradies on the road with his professional service.

Dodgiest repair joint ever!!  Took my gun there to be serviced and fixed and was charged $200. Recieved my gun back the next day still with the same problem , so I then took my gun to Tool Centre Mckinnon who inspected the gun to find the gun had not been serviced at all and Tim had not done any work to it at all . I then contacted Paslode who were disgusted and embarrassed with Tim and his service for a so called "Authorised Warranty & Servicer ". Tim then refused to give a refund, so Paslode were so embarrassed about the whole situation they paid for my gun to be serviced and fixed properly by a much more competent  Tool Centre Mckinnon .
