Went to this bunnings location the other day. Had a great experience with Cody at the service desk, he worked quick to process my return and was super polite about it.nnWhile I was there I needed something from timber yard but wasn't quite sure exactly what I needed, when I asked Jack for help, he was very prompt and helped me find exactly what I needed immediately.
Bunnings Moorabbin feels like your classic suburban Bunnings Warehouse — reliable, well-stocked and busy most weekends — but it has a few quirks compared with some of the bigger Bunnings locations around Melbourne. The store itself offers the usual extensive range of hardware, paint, tools, outdoor living, and trade supplies that you’d expect. The staff are generally helpful, which makes it a good choice whether you’re a tradie or just tackling a home project.nnWhere it differs from some of the larger warehouses is mainly in scale. Locals often note that the garden centre feels a bit smaller than at flagship stores, so the plant and nursery section isn’t as sprawling or varied as you might find at bigger Bunnings locations, which are known for their very large nurseries and outdoor living displays. The overall footprint at Moorabbin is more compact, partly because it sits within a larger retail precinct alongside other stores.nnThat said, it still feels bigger than some of the smaller format or trade-only Bunnings sites, and it does a good job stocking the essentials for DIY, gardening, and home improvement. If you need specialist items or want the biggest possible selection of plants and outdoor furniture, a larger warehouse might be worth a quick trip. For most everyday jobs and seasonal bits and pieces, Moorabbin ticks the boxes well.nnIn short, it’s a dependable local Bunnings with all the core ranges you expect, even if the garden centre isn’t quite as expansive as some of the larger suburban warehouses.
the sausages were highly processed and felt cheap and rubbery. not worth the dollar. The sausage had onions in them when I asked for no onions which disappointed me but at least I dont hate onions so I sucked it up and ate the sausage. the mustard on my sausage tasted again highly processed and unapetitsing. disapointed in my dissision of buying this sausage
I can safely say after 30 years of entertaining, that the Easter promotion at Bunning’s Moorabbin was one of the most enjoyable in Store shows l’ve been involved with. A big shout out to Viv, the activities organizer and her close knit team who planned the 2 hour event.nEverything was well thought out and executed very smoothly. From Easter bunny, making a special appearance to the Jackson combo jazz band roaming around the leisure Bay, the team really thought of everything.nIs Andy’s Antics, I really appreciated being involved and part of it.
Went to Bunnings Moorabbin today and spent over an hour shopping for plants and a tree. Before continuing my shopping, I specifically asked for the price, was told an amount I was happy with, and was instructed to keep shopping and pay at the register once finished.nAfter wasting more than an hour walking around the store and selecting everything I needed, I got to the register only for a manager to suddenly tell me the original price was “wrong” and that I would need to pay more than double the amount I was quoted.nZero effort made to take responsibility or offer any solution for THEIR mistake. The customer was simply expected to wear the inconvenience, wasted time, and misleading pricing.nThis isn’t even the first time I’ve experienced poor service and pricing issues here. For a massive company like Bunnings, this level of customer service is unacceptable. Staff errors should not become the customer’s problem.
