This Bunnings is smaller than the Mentone one but Mentone only had stock of 1 item I wanted when I needed 2. Has little Cafe, kids climbing area and everything else you expect of Bunnings.
This is a good Bunnings operation. Staff are generally young and on the ball and seem to want to be there and help out. Theres a young bloke in paint with long dark hair thats particularly helpful and on the ball with products. He is also able to acknowledge and deal with more than one customer and query at a time rather than a what seems to be the average Bunnings employee behaviour where they pretend you don't exist until they are free after often giving people advice on how to do things they have no experience doing nor are qualified to. Calling to check stock levels is also easy and quick. 5 Stars
I knew exactly what I wanted to buy,the website has an easy and good search function so I was able to find my entire shopping list online. My closest store did not have stock in a few of the items I was seeking. Looked at other stores in the area. Found one where all was in stock, got their locations isle. Bin and was able to find everything easily. On a few of the products, the store associate provided some feedback and recommendations on a few items where multiple brands had competing products. All in all a successful shopping experience. Rather go to a different location knowing that all items are there rather than make the trip and come up short handed. Thank you Bunnings
Excellent customer service and support!nRick at the paint department is a legend. I asked for a colour sample, which wasn't available in the range, so he actually made a swatch for me to make my job easier.
Large Range,Good customer service & ample parking also Hungry Jacks is down the road!
