This Bunnings is smaller than the Mentone one but Mentone only had stock of 1 item I wanted when I needed 2. Has little Cafe, kids climbing area and everything else you expect of Bunnings. 16.1.25 here to get some new taps, fence extensions panels and other hits and pieces husband wanted. Also got a hanging plant, which, now up looks great!

“Recently purchased a pressure washer for my car and placed a special order for a foam sprayer from the same brand, specifically designed for that washer. It took 20 days for the sprayer to arrive at the warehouse, but when I went to pick it up, a part was missing. The staff informed me they would reorder it on Monday when their Manager or Team Leader Cameron was available, but the order wasn’t placed until Thursday.nnAfter a month and a half, I finally received a text message saying the item was ready for pickup. During this 45-day period, I visited the store three times to check on the status because I never received any updates about the reorder. I also called the store, and after a 40-minute wait on hold, someone finally answered. When I asked them to track the order, they said they couldn’t. If the staff can’t track it, then who will?nnWhen I went to pick up the replacement today, the same part was missing again. This ongoing issue and lack of proper communication made the whole process incredibly frustrating. It shouldn’t take multiple visits, phone calls, and nearly two months just to get a simple order right.”
Oh my goodness! What way to start the new year! Genuine, unforced kindness from a young lad by the name of Joel. I just had to ask once for assistance in putting together a simple BBQ stand . I explained my living situation, Joel listened, he correctly advised Bunnings don't do service, however, let me see if I can put this together for you. It wasn't easy, but he stuck to it and completed the installation for me! What Joel didnt know was, he was helping a lady with severe health issues which isn't visibly apparent. Thank you Joel, you made my day kiddo!  Hope you will progress higher in your career with Bunnings, customer Service at its best! Wishing you and the Bunnings team a wonderful new year! .
