Don't waste your time, staff need to work on their people skills.
Also updating their website with actual business hours would help.

Been buying from for a few years now. Most staff are good to deal with apart from one bloke which has no communication skills at all and an absolute missery gutts and gives crappy rates. To the rest of the group/staff keep up the good work.

Bloke has a bad attitude every time i went there and refused to help me when I returned because he forgot some parts of my order. Needless to say one of the other employees found my missing parts out the back.
