From the moment you step into this place you're greeted by friendly and helpful staff. I'm an appretice plumber and went in to purchase all the hand tools I needed to get setup. The boys there not only took care of me with a decent price but they took the time to steer me in the right direction on all my queries I had that were trade related. 

They had proven knowledge of all their products and to be honest I'm looking forward to going back in there to purchase more tools. I've always shopped at total tools but from now I'm only shopping here. 

Great experience overall, if you like total tools then check these guys out, you won't be disappointed.

I entered Total Tools Moorabbin this afternoon to purchase some cordless tools. The service i received was second to none. From the moment I walked in i was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk and shown the various brands they had to offer. His product knowledge was extremely helpful allowing me to make an informed purchase. I'd highly recommend visiting this store.

I'm all about giving great reviews. But unfortunately I was very disappointed at this store. Service was terrible they had no clue when I asked about their machinery. They showed me where the on /off button but that's about all they knew. The manager said to watch a video online!??? 
What is the point of having a store if you don't know how to explain or demonstrate anything about a product?? I was actually not only frustrated but very embarrassed for them.

I have always used the fellas at TT Ferntree Gully. Excellent group and dealt with them for around the 15+ years through work.  

Thought I would follow tradition now that I have moved from my place of work and use a store closer to me. Hence going to the Moorabbin store. 

Despite an initial communication issue, Glenn came to the party and resolved all quickly.
