I loved the food it was very nice staff I loved the starburst there it was so amazing and American even tho there was stuff we can get in Adelaide I just loved the food and the drinks InLove a lot of things there you have to go there try it out this one was in Melbourne I went to 2 twice this year I came to Melbourne twice this year one October and this one in November but you have to go her you’ll live the food and staff therenVery nice xxx
These guys have greatly lifted their customer service game in the last couple of years! If you haven't shopped here recently, I recommend giving them another go. Ive been shopping from them for about 15 years because they have the best range of American products in Australia and now, they also have amazing customer service! I dealt with a lady named MacKenzie when I had a item sold out minor problem and she was so lovely and helpful. 5 stars!!!
I love this place because sometimes when I miss home I can come here and reminisce more nostalgic. I can find a lot more grocery type rather than just candy. I do wish it was closer, but oh well, it's still a fun day trip.
The family and I spent way too much money here.nWe were hoping for more grocery items. Those shelves seemed a little lacking, but there were plenty of sweet and salty treats, as well as cereals and sodas to choose from.nGood service. Prices on some things are pretty high. But it was great to get our hands on things you only ever see in American TV shows.
I love that you are able to purchase many familiar American snacks, it is wonderful to be able to have a bit of home while living in Aus. However, the shipping times are ridiculous. It takes over a week for your order to be shipped. If demand is causing such delays, might be worth investing in another employee to assist with online orders.
