Really love this place, has pretty much everything you need, even frozen items! Great place for mecican foods, rubs, sauces, chocolates, chips and everything in between! Get the company logo bag on your first purchase for a future 5% off everytime you bring it back. Staff are great also, and there is a food truck out front open at certain times!

Came here to pick up an order, and had to spend time stocking up on some recommended snacks and treats.nnDepending on what category of goods you're after, there's an enormous range of products expats may be missing from home, and very friendly staff willing to help you find what you're looking for, and with good knowledge of the range.nnPerhaps best for snacks/treats and sauces, with some things very well priced like bargains, and others perhaps higher priced and only occasionally viable if you really need that hit. Which is fair, and reflected in likely small shipped volumes of some items.

This was the first time i have purchased from this store, it took a VERY long time to arrive *ordered 30th November arrived 15th december, i purchased a bulk lot of a product so i wouldn't have to keep paying postage if ordering a small amount, *postage was more than the price of the product i ordered I received the parcel and the bulk lot of the item that i ordered has to be used within 4 weeks? most pudding products have a use by of 1-2 years,  not 1 month so i feel i have wasted my time and my money. They also still haven't answered my facebook message that i left, so no customer service either. wont shop here again. *edited to add only positive i have is that the items were packed well.n**edited to add  the offer of returning them for a full refund is not going to happen, as the postage cost more than the product! i have already paid the postage once.n***also, i opened one of the packets to use today and the pudding mixture was just floating around in the box as the inner packet was damaged.

This site looks good but unfortunately it NEVER sees to have stock.  For example I went on the site today and they “carry” 900 plus grocery items yet there are only 159 items in stock.  I’ve found this to be true nearly every time I visit the site.  If everything sells out that fast then why don’t they import MORE instead of waiting for everything to run out, or stagger the orders so stock arrives more often.  If the goal is to grow a business then having stock surely needs to be a key to making sales!nnAs for the order processing.  It is woefully slow.  Takes weeks to actually ship items they show as “in stock”.   There is definitely an opportunity for someone who wants to make a fortune selling USA food in Australia because your competition would be so easy to out perform!nnAs I expected, stock standard excuses in their reply, with no plan to improve.

Placed an online order for over $200 and there has been silence since. Have emailed 5 days after order placed and no response. Unlike other international food companies based in Australia who send confirmation emails and notification updates .. nothing.nDo not online order with this company. Utterly appalling service!nFirst and last time, have been visiting in store for over 20 years and cannot travel via car due to injury.nnEdit to add: given how long an order takes to process, chances are that if it takes more than a day to pick an order, product sells out. Getting a notification email is system generated. And please don't use the deflection of saying email goes to spam. That's just a cop out trying to appropriate accountability onto the person buying rather than acknowledging that your business is an abject failure in providing prompt service. Turns out, was able to source the essential items I wanted elsewhere for cheaper. The impulse buys in my cart .. no loss. Unlike a customer of 20 plus years ..
