Today we were served by a young man called Jacob and l just wanted to say his service was OUTSTANDING, so much so we bought 4 pairs of runners, tops and shorts.nWe would of bought more runners but you didn't have my size.nPlease pass this on to your manager, great service should be rewarded.nJacob keep up the excellent service
Ordered on line. Stated 5 days delivery, 3 weeks later still no delivery. Missed a birthday date by a mile. Embarrassing. You should be ashamed in what you quote versus actually delivering
The worst customer service ever by any standards. Appalling to see such a big brand not investing in the right employees that have superior customer service skills. HR/Recruitment has to be overhauled.nnLiterally the team member just told customers don’t buy the products as they have no time to serve. A team member is just nagging that he has no time to serve as he has family to see, things to do and other commitments. This is beyond ridiculous !! I can’t even think how a team member can even utter the words don’t buy the products. Absolutely shocking !! When I asked him what are you on about?? pretty sure he is the store manager then he turns around and says it’s a joke. Very appalling display of conduct from a store manager who is responsible for customer service standards if PUMA cares about !!nnIf they don’t want customers then they should pull down the roller door and go home !!nnHR or any business would know without customers there is no survival for them not even the team members will have employment. The team members at Puma who have poor customer service standards in the first place should take note!

I’m really disappointed in the customer service provided by the manager. I didn’t catch his name, but he wasn’t in uniform and didn’t have a nametag.nnI went into the store 10 minutes before closing and I am 8 months pregnant. I knew what I wanted, and the other staff members mentioned the current promotion: 50% off if you buy 3 items. I had my two items and just needed 5 minutes to choose my third item. 5 minutes before they were closing the manager gave me attitude and told me I needed to “hurry up and choose the third item” because they were closing the store.nnI ended up grabbing something I didn’t even need because of the pressure and rude customer service. It almost felt like he was kicking me out of the store, and the way he rushed through the transaction was unpleasant. I understand they were closing at 6pm, but it wasn’t even 6pm yet. To be treated like that by the manager was a horrible experience and a poor reflection of the brand.nnI will not be going there again.
