I’m really disappointed in the customer service provided by the manager. I didn’t catch his name, but he wasn’t in uniform and didn’t have a nametag.nnI went into the store 10 minutes before closing and I am 8 months pregnant. I knew what I wanted, and the other staff members mentioned the current promotion: 50% off if you buy 3 items. I had my two items and just needed 5 minutes to choose my third item. 5 minutes before they were closing the manager gave me attitude and told me I needed to “hurry up and choose the third item” because they were closing the store.nnI ended up grabbing something I didn’t even need because of the pressure and rude customer service. It almost felt like he was kicking me out of the store, and the way he rushed through the transaction was unpleasant. I understand they were closing at 6pm, but it wasn’t even 6pm yet. To be treated like that by the manager was a horrible experience and a poor reflection of the brand.nnI will not be going there again.
Just what to say the customer service was impeccable, the blonde female made sure she found the right size tracksuit pants for me by going at the back and spending time to find the correct size and she was successful, she also helped me all around the store with other items I needed. Thank you. Also the female at the checkout had a beautiful personality making my overall experience perfect. Thank guys
I’m really disappointed with the service at this store. One of the staff members forgot to remove an electronic tag from the shoes I bought. Now we have to make a long trip back to the store to get it removed, which is very inconvenient since we live far away.nnAs a result, we couldn’t use the shoes for the purpose we bought them for an entire week.nnThis oversight has caused us a lot of frustration and inconvenience. I hope the store takes steps to improve their service to prevent this from happening to other customers.
