The Puma outlet shop is a wonderful, it’s a no nonsense place to get groovy runners and sportswear at a generous discount! I’m especially impressed by the excellent customer service I received on separate occasions from Marley and Manny when trying to get the right sized shoes for my mum. It’s great to find a place where staff are so helpful if you don’t get the size right the first time. Changing my purchases to the correct size for mum happened without any fuss and was completely stress free. Thanks so much Marley and Manny. The shoes looked fantastic on mum too! Highly recommend!
Great prices and sometimes they have sales on which makes it even better. They don’t always have all styles or all sizes for sale. Would be good if the managed their Facebook page so we all knew when the sales are on.
Not the same as previous years. Outlet should be outlet not just $5 or so less then the retail shop. Service is great product range same as any other retail store. Need to drop the ' outlet' in the title.
Tucked into the moorabbin industrial estate. Offers Full Price or Premium product in the entry section. A huge range of Factory Outlet stock and prices. Clearance items from time to time. Lots of footwear styles with size availability due to popularity. Parking available on site, be careful steep driveway.
No Tennis Gear ....at all....... Came here to buy some tennis shoes and women's tennis clothing. I was advised that the store didn't have anything... Im pretty sure puma sponsor a fair few Tennis athletes and have a large range of gear yet decide they don't wont to sell any at the store. The store had plenty of gear. Just nothing tennis related. For a city that holds a Grand Slam you would think there would be something. Staff were friendly. Easy to find store. Clean . Easy to park. Would recommend for other general sportswear shopping.
Not much different to a retail store. If you can find a type and size in the bargains area you’re lucky. Otherwise not worth it.
Always good deals are on shoes! Fun to visit mostly. Value for money.

Great place to buy quality products at super prices.
All of the staff go out of their way to help you decide what you need, all you have to do is ask for help and the staff will make sure you are happy
