Very disappointing. We go through the process of explaining the type of shoe needed for the foot type Brooks, only to then be told there’s no stock. This has happened several times now. May I suggest that staff inform customers upfront about availability, so our time is not wasted?
Three staff in shoe section standing around, when we asked if we could get some help, they all looked at each other, smirked and then the two girls just walked away. The guy that was left reluctantly served us. He was quite pleasant but I was so shocked by the initial rudeness that the whole experience was awful.
Have purchased clothing, tennis rackets from Moorabbin Sports mart before. Disappointed with the service today, took the time to go in-store and try some shoes. The staff in the footwear department were so disinterested and couldn't be bothered to provide service or helpful assistance. Very lazy!nWhy have staff that don't want to be there, because now neither do I.
I went into the front area of SportsMart, Moorabbin to buy a tennis racket and the bird smell in the roof was stifling and so strong. .It was rather unbearable and unbreathable . The clothes area was OK . I don’t know how the staff can work in this situation.
