It’s rare for me to post a review about a retail store but the experience from Lynne today was exceptional. We are both new parents with no idea whatsoever of what to buy, or what is ‘best’. Within being in the store just a couple of minutes, Lynne approached us and spent time explaining the pro’s and cons of car seats and prams. She was clearly passionate, knowledgeable and a fabulous ambassador to Baby Train. We walked away feeling so much more knowledgeable.... Going to Baby Bunting just down the road was completely the opposite experience. The sales lady in the pram area, was disinterested and had absolutely no intent of wanting to sell us a pram. In fact she made us feel quite stupid and as though we were wasting her time. Top marks to Baby Train. We’ll be back to you again to buy lots from you.

I'll keep this review simple; These are good people who provided us great service and were very clear when communicating with us. We felt our purchase with them was valued, and are definitely willing to recommend them to anyone who asks. Thanks!

Really disappointed with Baby Train Moorabbin. We accidently ordered wrong product (without going into detail), product was still wrapped up after delivery. I was told over the phone we'd get a refund, alas driving 128km to return the product was told we would not get a refund. Poor Form

I had my baby capsule fit in my car at baby train this morning and was incredibly happy with the service. The man who fit it (sorry I've forgotten your name!) was so friendly and showed me through all the steps of getting it in and out easily, what to look for if I had issues clicking the capsule back in, and how to clean it. Really went above and beyond. Thank you!
