Bought a pair of the new ROTOFLEX WORK BOOTS. Followed the advice of Kat and Millie in store while we had a chat and a laugh. Couldn't be happier with the boots after 1 month. Comfortable right away with no wear in stage. Awesome customer service. Thanks ladies. LUV YA WORK

The lovely lady that served me gave me spectacular service. She allowed me to try on different safety boot brands and was keen on finding the right comfortable boots for me. All without giving me pressure or obligation to buy, despite spending one hour of her time. definitely will come back.nI only wish that I knew her name, thank you for the fantastic service!
742$- and a one star review…. Not much of an impact but it will teach you not to interrupt again. Onwards to RSEA PRESTON
Ordered some items was not stocked item hence they did special order and then I called after 2 days to cancel the order over the phone spoke to Cara and she said thats fine done. When I went to store to get refund I have beed told there will be 20% restocking fees on special order which I was not advised over the phone when spoke to Cara. Obviously this is not fair if I am getting charged and not been told. I understand store policy and all but A customer expect information from RSEA staff. I have bought so many items in past from RSEA but this is disappointing as a customer. They don't care what customer say/satisfaction. Just add on this email was sent as per Clare but no response at all. Obviously this guys don't care. Email sent on 3rd oct and 6th december today to [email protected] is sorted and got refund...
