OMG not happy with the customer service that we received. Firstly we were promised a delivery date and of course we ring up to confirm and surprise surprise the furniture we have ordered is still on the ship. then we get the furniture and surprise surprise incompetance. they dont send us the right accessories we will not be recommending this furniture supplier.

The furniture is average for the price you pay. The customer service is appalling. The initial sales person was great. She was able to assist us with our purchase - friendly, quiet and not over pushy. However, the customer service was slack when one of our pieces of furniture was damaged. Would not recommend this company in the future.
