Great find because I had no idea what I was going to do with my tiny bathroom. The staff talked me through some possible designs for my space. The best part though was the price. I was seriously dreading the costs of a bathroom Reno so I was pleasantly surprised. Everything was just delivered today and I am just a little too excited about having a pop up waste. Who knew that was a thing. Will be recommending to my family who are in the process of building.

First Choice Warehouse in Moorabbin were great to deal with, until the sale was made and we had issues afterwards. We made a $7,000+ purchase for our bathroom and laundry and had a couple of issues following. The first issue was a shower rail popping off the wall 6 weeks after we purchased it. The man on the end of the phone refused to look at our product stating that “it is definitely not a faulty product, it’s the installation”. Any business with decent customer service would have understood our issues and offered to inspect their product for faults instead of instantly dismissing our problem. We were told by one person that our shower would go through a warranty process, and then a few hours later they said it won’t and “I’m sorry if I misled you”, and not to bring it in. Seriously guys, don’t underestimate customer service. Listen to your customers, empathise, and at least attempt to help them. The next problem we had was with a laundry sink. We had accidentally purchased the bigger size and needed to swap to the smaller (only 24 hours later), so we asked to order in the smaller one without a bypass hole and the salesperson explained “look luv, I've been through this with you, we can’t order that sink.” It was incredibly rude, we ended up having to have an incorrect sink. When making the purchase they were reasonably pleasant, but afterwards, they were dismissive and short tempered. Once they have your money it kind of feels like FCW dont care. We did our second bathroom with ‘Trend’ nearby who came to our house to follow up and see how it was all going, nice people.

I would like to congratulate the staff at First Choice Warehouse Moorabbin for their insight and great customer service in assisting us with the design of our new bathroom. It has been a stress free experience dealing with the staff from the selection, to the ordering and through to the delivery. We are currently in the process of buying a new home and will definitely return to utilise their knowledge on layout and products when we are renovating the new bathroom and ensuite! Thank-you again for your assistance!
