Visited May 29 in the morning and two friendliest ladies assisted me, Lily was so helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with what i was looking for. Unprofessional service. Not recommended to visit, waste of time and gas.nI wanted to buy a charging cable for my toy. I visited yesterday, told the salesperson that my toy wasn’t purchased from the store, I just want to get a cable. She was helpful and told me to bring my toy in, so she can find the correct cable. Today, I brought my toy in and the another staff said they cannot sell cable for toys that are not purchased from the store. The lack of consistency reflects the unprofessional, wasting my time and gas.
My friends and I recently visited Sexyland Moorabbin and had a very uncomfortable experience with one of your staff members.nWhile we were browsing, we were told not to touch the products because “people actually shop here,” despite the fact that we were genuinely intending to buy something. The way this was said came across as rude and made us feel judged and unwelcome.nShopping in a store like this can already feel a little vulnerable, so the interaction made the experience even more uncomfortable. After we made a purchase, the staff member also rolled their eyes at us, which felt very dismissive and unprofessional.nWe wanted to provide this feedback as the interaction left us feeling disappointed by the service we received.
Thank you so much for your help in finding the right product for me. The lady was super helpful and understanding.
I want to thank the phenomenal customer service from mist, she was a great helping me find a present.
