Had to get a gag gift for someone. The staff member that helped me was fantastic, really nice.

Huge store with a great range of products. Clothing very costly & not well made, but the toy section is brilliant. Staff are always attentive and are fun and helpful.

The Tenga egg can be found $10 cheaper on amazon with 1 day shipping. And that is just 1 item. You choose.

Customer service at this store is impeccable, I am so highly impressed. Brianna is your go to girl, she’s AMAZING- so helpful, knowledgeable and patient !!! Made my absolute day   Thanks Brianna.

Sexyland will be eaten alive by Amazon once they come to Australia! Just had an online customer experience straight from the 90s!  Was given a sexyland voucher as an Xmas gift. Went to purchase something online spending twice the voucher amount, tried 3 times to submit the order. Rang the 1800 number. Explained the situation to lady who answered and she said nobody who deals with online works the weekend but I could come into a store. Looked up a store, drove all the way there, found my items, go to pay & use the voucher I’d been emailed and the lady there said “oh no that can only be used online! Our online systems are totally different to our in-store systems!”  Clearly sexyland head office hasn’t twigged to the idea of “seamless, end-to-end customer experiences”. Her solution was to ring on Monday, and get them to deliver to a store, “they’ll “fax” the order through and then I can collect it!” Right...thanks for wasting 2 hours of my precious weekend time Sexyland!

One of the best stores I have been to, although mattresses are quiet expensive they are good quality
