From my initial enquiry with Steven (Fancy Homes Melbourne) the process from him tailoring a custom design outdoor furniture in accordance to my taste and requests, to effectively communicating and delivering the highest quality customer service, I had complete confidence in purchasing a product via this company, but evidently more so due to Steven himself.  He took the time to listen, was very understanding and went above and beyond.  I would highly recommend dealing with him.  In saying that, more bonus points goes to him as my purchase was interstate (to Brisbane) and once the furniture arrived I was more then happy with the money spent and what was delivered!  Thank you Steven.  You have a loyal client!
