Tim and the team were a terrific help to us when we needed to buy a new fridge last week. The staff know what they are talking about, they're friendly and have a good amount of stock that is ready to buy. They were very transparent about the features and any issues. We feel like we bought a good quality fridge at a great price. Plus they went out of their way to make sure that the item was delivered to us the next day. Tim even gave our daughter a massive balloon. We went to the Good Guys who had very little stock and there were not many staff there who were able to help us. We tried Bargain appliances and they went above and beyond to help us. We will be back in the future.
