Tim and the team were a terrific help to us when we needed to buy a new fridge last week. The staff know what they are talking about, they're friendly and have a good amount of stock that is ready to buy. They were very transparent about the features and any issues. We feel like we bought a good quality fridge at a great price. Plus they went out of their way to make sure that the item was delivered to us the next day. Tim even gave our daughter a massive balloon. We went to the Good Guys who had very little stock and there were not many staff there who were able to help us. We tried Bargain appliances and they went above and beyond to help us. We will be back in the future.
What an awesome experience, second to none! They know their stuff and are real honest guys who don't want to rip you off. They want to you to be happy and buy was best suits your needs. Ordered late on a Monday and received the goods early on the Wednesday. Rang for some assistance with one of the products I ordered and received awesome after service and advise...I will be going back again 100%

I purchased brand new oven 4 mounths ago never been used still waiting for it to be fixed they keep on saying 7 days 4 mounths later still not resolved after about 60 phone calls back and forward Shae Dahl is the most useless customer service rep he stuffs u around and never fixes the problem see u in court
