Sales team customer service was poor, brought a sliding gate 8 months ago from Clayton had some issues setting it up, turns out there was a software update that prevented the wireless keypad from connecting to the motor and the issue will be fixed in 6 weeks when the new board got released but that time line was extended every two weeks for 8 months. After many emails and calls another branch was able to fix it. But beside that the motor works great

Bought Richmond products through Bunnings that they weren't able to give me assistance with afterwards. Richmond were prompt, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The gate automation works exceptionally well, they gave me heaps of tips on owning and running my setup. Will definitely go back there again.
