Great friendly service. Went in for a balance, however had a feeling it was an issue with my tires. Staff very knowledgeable and confirmed the issue. Left with 4 brand new tires in under an hour. Also had an alignment and balance done. Was fast and courteous. Very happy.

Staff might do better with some training for customer service. Personally felt threatened by staff.

I had 4 tires changed from a City Beaurepair in the City. from the 1st day i felt something was wrong car was shaking on freeway (anything above 80Kmph ) and was chewing more fuel. i took the car to Clayton Beaurepair early morning i told Matthew about the issue. He said he wont get paid for it but he still had a look and turns out my week alignment and balancing was off. he fixed both of them. i Offered to pay but he replied " you shouldn't have to pay for this. its only been a week. they should have done this properly". He said. if i have improve the image of the company that's all matters. Such a Great service... Hats off to Matthew. He should be recognized for his service By Beaurepair!!! Thank Again Matthew.

3 stars for the business but 5 stars for the bloke Matt who works there. After completely redoing the suspension he recommended the perfect tyres and absolutely dialled in the alignment. Quality service, fair pricing.
