Ordered a flower wreath to be delivered for a funeral and it was not delivered within 24 hrs and when i called time to time said it'll be delivered in hrs time which didnt. And i received a delivered confirmation but to see yet it was not delivered. So pathetic of poor customer service. They should prioritize orders on urgency. Won't recommend..

its a great trusted place to send money to Sri Lanka... they really care about your personal request and do the the job accordingly... I am really pleased with their service... I recommend anyone to start transferring money.... they transfer your money with in 12/24 hours to Sri Lanka... you don't get such a quick service in Australia than anyone... they are truly efficient in their job.... Thank you...

Have used Kapruka many times to remit to Sri Lanka. Excellent customer service and very trustworthy company. Can see that they have been in the business for a long time. Would use them again.

Very disrespectful behaviour from the man who runs this business. I was a customer for few years and this man showed me his attitude several times including today. After seeing the reviews, it is apparant that more customers have had same issue. This man needs help. If you want to improve your service, please learn some good interpersonal skills. If it is does not work, go and see a psychologist. NO MORE BUSINESS WITH U. Mind u, there are enough and more services to send money to SL at a cheap rate and more quicker.
