Worst experience of my life , I came with my wife to talk about her account on 27/02/2018 , but the man named Mohmaad treated very rudely , he behaved totally unprofessional, , Is there any one to discuss about it ?

I do not have much idea about other staff as I use online banking more frequently. Recently I got an home loan approval from CBA Clayton Branch. The Landing Manager Narender Kasarla(CBA Clayton Branch) was fantastic. He is very professional and helpful. He has given genuine advice to me and directed me for whole process of loan approval. He is such a gentleman and kind person with the professionalism at work. I would strongly recommend anyone to see him once while you are shopping around for home loan.

The staff here are on another planet! They treat you very poorly - not interested in what you're saying and absolutely no urgency to fix their stuff-ups; the slightest thing will take 2-4 weeks to rectify!!! Something needs to be done about this branch and especially the "do-nothing" manager who is totally ineffectual! Don't bother calling - it's an answering machine and they never call back! Go to another branch or bank - steer clear!
