Assisted by Gaik, the branch manager, with a tricky cheque related matter. Despite the issues not being caused by the branch, she went out of her way to assist me, she was professional, helpful and went above and beyond her responsibility to make the process as easy as possible for me. Will absolutely be returning to the CBA Clayton branch as a customer in the future.
I would like to compliment Ms YoYo Yu from the Clayton Branch. I attended the branch yesterday 29/05/24 to finalize my application for a Business Account Application. I could not speak highly enough about YoYo’s work, she is one of the best banker I have encountered in terms of efficiency, knowledge, patience and customer empathy. My application was a little bit complex due to the structure of Pty Ltd as a Trustee for a Discretionary Trust. She was very thorough in her work and also patiently explaining the differences in each business accounts in regards to the advantages and disadvantages. Needless to say I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge in helping customers to differentiate and deciding which business account to have. She also follows up when she said she would, got a call from her today to inform me in relation to the progress and expectation for a call to finalise from a representative of the compliance department. A credit to the Clayton Branch and Commonwealh Bank as a whole to have employees like her. 10 out of 10 from me.
Their ATMs are the worst, either its down half of the time or out of cash. And now they swallow your card.
Mrs Yoyo is very good staff . everytime she works very help for customer and have patient to answer customers question. In my mind. She is friendly girl and lovely .
Rude and rushed service from Jing serving my parent. Lack of patience on her part in explaining things, total inept customer service. Makes me wonder if some of the reviews directed to her were in fact genuine.nnJing's disrespectful tone of voice and rushed service was all bearable but the straw that broke the camel's back was when she tried to usher my parent off, when my parent was struggling to comprehend her instructions, by knocking on her desk and said that she doesn't have much time and she has to serve another customer.nnParent did not speak fluent English therefore the entire conversation were conducted in Cantonese.nnWould not recommend unless you enjoy a talking down/lecture from a bank teller. Did not expect to experience such atrocious customer service in one of the biggest banks in Australia.nnTo the Branch Manager reading this, the incident here has left a sour taste in my parent's mouth and you have lost a client here. There is no way my parent would return to this branch unless said staff member undergo some basic training serving a customer.
