Michael's service at Ray White Clayton was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone who needs to sell a property. From the very start, Michael offered a realistic assessment of the property's positives and negatives, market conditions, and a comparison of recently sold similar properties in the area. With this, a realistic price range was provided. The final sale price was within this range, even in a quickly falling market. Michael kept me up to date with weekly meetings to evaluate online interest, inspection feedback, similar property listings in the vicinity, and any issues. Michael uses data analysis tools to assess interest in the property and to evaluate the campaign's progress to see if adjustments are needed. It's great to see an agent actively applying new tools to improve their service. Lastly, I was really impressed by the way Michael approaches decisions and issues. He evaluates possible outcomes and prepares for each eventuality.
We absolutely loved working with Michael Renzella in selling our home, a genuinely nice person! He went above and beyond in so many ways from late night meetings to fit in with our schedule, even though his wife just had a baby to fitting in last minute potential purchaser inspections on the morning of auction day because his motto was “you just never know who’s going to be the buyer”. I have previously used Ray White Brunswick to sell a property. I recently had Michael And Willy come do an apprialsal to sell our family home. The comparables they put together in their proposal were non comparable to our Clayton property. The catchment has limited real estate agents, so it is probably why they get away with charging such high fees and are confident and arrogant about it. I highly recommend Century 21 they were very easy to deal with and sold my property within 4 days on the market.
