Harcourts Clayton

Very bad experience renting with Harcourts Clayton. They rely on students earning money,but treat them badly. When the lease ends, you have to use the cleaning company suggested by the agent. Foolish cleaning company. Keep on asking to pay money, “I clean the chair for you, $10 each, 6 chairs $60 , I clean the table for you, you pay...., there is a mark on the wall, I wipe it for you, $5 •••••”. Very annoying, a small apartment ends up cleaning fee over $700. And the worst thing is they broke the bedroom door and don’t admit. Never want to have any connection with this agent anymore I just want to add do not use the cleaner suggested by the agent. It is expensive because charge each piece of work

Have had problem with noisy rental neighbours harcourt are managing. There solution is to call police and hand ball it. Instead of handing breaches like they promised. There are laws and guidelines they need to be responsible for instead of ignoring it.

My property manager Lehna is of great help and kind. She works hard and respond to clients' questions quickly. She offered great help when I moved out. I received the full amount bond back.

I chose Harcourts Clayton to manage my property because they are prompt and effective in communicating tenant and property matters to me. The Inspection reports prepared by my property manager Lehna Angelino was straightforward and thorough with plenty of photos. My experiences so far have all been positive. Keep up the terrific work Harcourts!
