Little Real Estate Mt Waverley are an amazing real estate agent. I have been renting from them for over 5 years and their support, professionalism and friendly manner just get better. I never have to wait longer than 24 hours for an inquiry to be followed up with. Information about maintenance is provided to me that is efficient and exactly as informed. Just today, 3 days away from the weekend and Christmas, we have had a smashed window fixed by a fantastic glazier. I am always saying how fantastic our Real Estate agent is and recommend Little to everyone I know. Thank you team, you're doing a great job and it doesn't go by unnoticed. We are long term renters & I have dealt with Various agents over previous years. Little Real estate. Natalie Nesci in particular has been a breath of fresh air.
Service is prompt, communication is excellent & nothing is ever too much trouble.
Being able to secure a long term lease is just the icing on the cake.

Fantastic Real Estate. 
I’ve dealt with quite a few real estates over the past 20yrs and this by far is the most less stressful and definitely most enjoyable one I’ve dealt with for 4yrs. 

Matt Goding our property manager is outstanding in every possible way! 
He was such a pleasure to deal with on every Occassion. 
Any issue we had was actioned in a timely and professional manner. He is extremely understanding and very welcoming; his communication was received professionally and in a friendly manner when we needed to know anything. 

He was delightful at all inspections and made us feel at ease in our home at every visit, our kids loved his little notes and small surprises.

Would highly recommend him to anyone! 
I thank Matt and his team for the most enjoyable renting experience I’ve ever had.

My experience with Little Real Estate has thoroughly exceeded my expectations. Their staff are friendly, professional and always willing to assist with any enquiries I may have. They are quick to respond to any emails or phone calls, and they are ready to assist with any problems that may arise with our property. I have a number of friends who have had a several of issues with their agents, and I have recommended Little Real Estate to all of them. I'd highly recommend Property Manager Nancy Matteo, who is incredibly easy to communicate with and is quick to assist in any way possible. I'm thoroughly happy with my Little Real Estate Mount Waverley experience and will be seeking out Little Real Estate to manage and sell my properties in the future.
