Luckily we chose Mark Watkins to sell our family home . Without doubt he is the most hardworking , honest agent in Monash . Mark Watkins wasn't the worst agent we dealt with, was a nice guy however he was either really bad at his job or doing something dodgy.  We tried to contact him multiple times and he never called back or answered, emailed him with multiple questions and he would respond with irrelevant information and ignore our questions.  We tried to see if we could put in multiple offers for a property but he ignored us so we put one in, he emailed us 4 days later to say we were unsuccessful and someone elses bid had been accepted.  We then came to find the property had been sold for 8k more than what we offered, if Mark had done his job properly we would've had paid 30-40k more then what the property was sold for.  We are grateful though as it was the first property we looked at and we ended up finding a better one.  But i do wonder whether he is incompetent or if he was helping someone get a good deal on the property, and if he was i feel sorry for the vendors as they lost out on alot of money.

Mark is one of the most genuine and sincere agent I had come across during my short time on the market looking for a new home, which is such a rare quality to find in an agent in such a competitive market where agents will say anything to make a sale. Mark has been nothing short of a professional, addressing all queries with a straight-forward and timely manner, and have been very generous with accommodating our requests for private viewings despite his busy schedule. His wealth of experience gave us the confidence to pursue what we believe to be the perfect home for our family, and his transparency helped relieved us of a lot of stress. We are excited to start a new chapter of our lives in our new home in Vermont South.

We have bought, sold and rented out 3 separate properties with Stuart Svec and the Mt Waverley Hockingstuart team over the past few years and we couldn't be happier with their service and professionalism. Mark Watkins from Belle Property Mount Waverley, went above and beyond to sell our townhouses. The townhouse's were just completed and not even listed for sale, Mark was adamant that he was going to get a deal done by Christmas, and he did just that. In 2 weeks, with no advertising or marketing. He went on to sell the 2nd townhouse, off market also and within a few weeks of each other.
