Sophia at McGrath Estate Agents in Mt Waverley was the agent we selected to sell my Mum's property in Mt Waverley and not for one minute did we have any second thoughts that we had made the right decision. 
Sophia was at all times professional while providing a warm, friendly, knowledgable and most helpful service.  
We had already purchased elsewhere for my Mum, so were in a position where we were committed to sell and placing our trust in Sophia, her knowledge and the processes she suggested paid off for us. Con and Sophia were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Honest, trustworthy and extremely professional. The McGrath approach to a proactive marketing strategy is the best in the business. The auction was well attended with several serious bidders and our price expectations were exceeded.
