Absolutely disgusting customer service. Months of phone calls and emails go unanswered. Don't know what happened to Gary, but it looks like it all went pear-shaped after he left, with the company cycling through agent after agent until I didn't know who to contact, leaving me with long periods of uncertainty and anxiety.

Thankfully, the property's being sold now. No future properties will ever be managed by this company (if you could call it that) ever again. And, I'll do my very best so that none of my friends, family or acquaintances ever require your services.

You should be locked up for treating people this way.
