The facilities are looking aged, reception not up to the standards of other serviced offices and the contract conditions are grossly unfair. They're more than happy to up-sell you, but will NEVER down-grade. Negotiations have been ridiculous - they either genuinely don't understand English or they pretend to not understand. Keep copious notes, get everything in writing and remember to cancel WELL ahead of their auto-renew policy, just another way for them to claw every last cent they can from you. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I hired the meeting room today and found it to be spacious, clean and well appointed. The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. At the end of my meeting, I pointed out a couple of minor marks which were on the meeting room table top and the staff were very receptive and ensured me they would have them rectified. A very pleasant experience indeed. Thank you Nicholas and Natasha.

I have been using the offices at Mt Waverley for 4 months now and very happy with the choice. The location is great, facilities top class and staff at Mt Waverley very friendly, always happy to help and always with a friendly smile to welcome you when you walk in. Highly recommended.
