Must avoided if you don’t want feel upset. They take advantage of people to raise the prices! They informed us the we have made the highest offer to buy a house, and asked us to go to their office to sign the contract. We did the same and paid the deposit. 10 minutes after leaving their office , the agent called me and told the owner is decided to accept another offer as her heart says to go with it!
They took advantage of us to make the other buyer to pay more!

The house asking prices advertised here are ridiculous, far too expensive and DOUBLE THE PRICE OF neighboring suburbs. I would look elsewhere if you are in the market.
